Our Fracture Liaison Service works alongside your GP to assess your bone health to reduce the risk of future fractures.
We identify the risk of osteoporosis and collaborate with your medical team to ensure you receive a full wrap-around treatment plan and support.

Criteria:
- Must have sustained a fragility or low, trauma fracture within the past 12 months
- Must be 50 years old at time of accident / injury.
