This service aims to keep our koeke well by reducing and/or preventing injuries in the home, and by offering wrap-around services as and when required
We can offer support and advice to koeke;
- Aged 50 years and over
- Who live in the Rotorua Lakes District area
We can organize an initial meeting with you;
- This is where we get to know each other and then you can decide if you would like us to support you
- We can visit you in your home
Some of the things that we can help you with include;
- Kainga safety checks to help reduce injury in your home
- Strength and mobility exercises
- Home wellness visits
- Help you access ACC if you are eligible
- Transport to health appointments
- Link you with other health services
